Bulk Portfolio Integration Pilot Opens for Law Firms

Law firms representing multiple franchisor clients can now request bulk portfolio integration access, letting them submit and track recordals programmatically rather than one case at a time through the portal UI.

Requests are opened as a support ticket from the Lawyer Portal's Firm Profile page and reviewed by DIPR/MOC. Submitting the request does not issue a credential directly — once approved, credential issuance for bulk portfolio access happens in the Admin Portal, and the firm is notified by email.

The pilot is capped to a small number of firms initially, with DIPR gathering feedback before a general release.
