What we collect

Account details (name, email, role), company KYC documents, uploaded agreement drafts and amendment justifications, and usage data needed to operate the recordal, certificate, and support-ticket workflows.

How we use it

Solely to process franchise recordal, amendment, renewal, verification, and support requests, and to maintain the audit trail DIPR requires for regulatory accountability.

Who we share it with

Data is shared only within the Ministry of Commerce and the Department of Intellectual Property Rights for the purposes above. Certificate status shown on the public verification page is limited to what PRD §12.5 defines as publicly viewable — a full agreement is never published.

Data retention

Recordal and audit records are retained for as long as required by Cambodian company and intellectual property law and DIPR's own record-keeping policy.
