Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or submitting an application through CamFranchise, you agree to these terms.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, including company KYC details and uploaded documents. Providing false information may result in application rejection or account suspension.

Service description

CamFranchise provides franchise recordal, amendment, renewal, and certificate verification services on behalf of the Ministry of Commerce (DIPR). Fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable once DIPR review has begun.

Disclaimers

This is a demonstration build. Certificate issuance, digital signatures, and payment processing are simulated and carry no legal effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Changes to these terms

DIPR may update these terms; continued use of CamFranchise after an update constitutes acceptance.
